Not a full Yin Yoga class in itself, but an informative introduction for you to understand what Yin Yoga actually is and what we are doing when practicing it!
In this video, I do my best to illustrate the wonderful potential that this practice offers: an invitation, or your own personal sacred call to dive into the depth of your individual, intimate practice (or sadhana) of exploring your basic structural or energetic setup. Yin Yoga emphasises long held, passive stretches of the deeper connective (myo-fascial) tissues through which our energy channels flow and at the same time mobilises and strengthens our joints, ligaments and deep fascial networks.
Needless to say, in order for you to be “convinced” of Yin´s potency of changing your life from the inside out, you will need to … yes, DO IT!
